How does Easie work?

Schedule an initial consultation meeting at no charge with our team to discuss a project idea or business objective you’re seeking help with.  Our centralized project management team will conduct preliminary research and analysis to provide you with a proposal of our services and solutions best fit toward problem solving.

Projects are quality-controlled using our centralized project management team and curated, exclusive network of professionals and specialists.

Our project management team facilitates:

1. Navigating scope identification based on client and project objectives.

2. Managing subject matter experts to perform work 

3. Communicating project status updates to stakeholders 

4. Quality control and continued production till completion

Who is the Easie network?

The Easie network is a consortium of highly experienced and educated specialists mainly based in the US that have been vetted by our rigorous interview process and who have a demonstrated history of achievement in their fields of specialization. We’ll manage the experts needed to help meet your goals. 

Easie’s unique infrastructure allows us to rapidly mobilize and form teams of experts that are directed by our centralized group of project managers. Depending on your needs, we can match you with a project manager that specializes in agile and ambiguous environments or a certified PMP to manage highly complex or technical projects. 

Is Easie for one-time projects or can you offer continuing support?

Our comprehensive project completion service is fully customizable and can be used both for one-time projects or larger-scale, recurring services.  We can handle both simple and advanced projects. 

How much does it cost?

Each project is priced based on business context (what do you need to accomplish), timeline (how fast does it need to be done), and complexity.

Our pricing page details price ranges for different tiers based on skill set and complexity.  Most projects are quoted on a fixed fee or time and materials basis, but we also offer subscriptions and pro-rated annual contracts for established partnerships. 

How long has Easie been around?

Easie was founded in February 2018 by Rock W. Vitale in San Diego, California.

Does that mean Easie is only available in California?

Easie is available to serve businesses globally.  The Easie team supports multiple global initiatives and members of the network operate remotely throughout regions of the US and Canada. Regions of highest density for services provided include:

We look for two criteria when evaluating Easie applicants:

1. Are you an expert in a field of interest? We hire highly qualified and specialized candidates who can make an immediate impact on an existing line of business. 

2. Do you have the drive and creative instincts to make a difference? We care about impact. We’re looking for free thinkers who aren’t afraid to break the mold and contribute creative viable solutions. Skills can be taught, but a growth mindset is required to continue exploring new innovations and sustain development. If you’ve got the drive we would like to see what you’re capable of.
